From idea to finished stock in six clear steps
You should never have to chase your manufacturer or wonder where your order stands. Here is exactly what happens, and what you receive at each step.
The six steps
- 01 Tell us what you are building A sketch, references or just the idea. You get: a call and a written plan, within 24 hours.
- 02 We build the roadmap The right route across design, fabric and production. You get: an itemised quote and timeline.
- 03 Develop the product Tech pack, pattern and fabric decisions. You get: your tech pack and fabric swatches.
- 04 Sample and refine We make the sample and revise until it is right. You get: photos, video and the approved sample.
- 05 Approve and produce We cut and stitch against the approved sample. You get: WhatsApp updates at each stage.
- 06 Check, finish and deliver Measured, checked, pressed and packed. You get: a photo QC report before dispatch.
How long it takes
You get a written timeline before you commit. Reorders are faster because the pattern and sample already exist.

Can I skip steps?
Yes. If you already have a tech pack, patterns or fabric, we start from where you are.
How many sample rounds are included?
The number of sample rounds depends on the garment and revisions required to achieve the approved fit and construction.
Can I visit during production?
For privacy and operational reasons, production floor visits are not permitted. We can share relevant production updates, images and videos when required.
What happens if there is a delay?
You hear about it from us first, with the reason and the new date.
