Is it really cheaper once shipping and duty are added?
For most garments, yes. We give you the full picture on the call so you can compare it with your current costs before deciding.
What is the minimum order?
30 pieces per design.
How long until I receive my order in the UK?
7 to 8 weeks for a first collection, plus shipping time.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Production only starts after you approve the sample.
How do I know the quality will match the sample?
Bulk is checked against your approved sample at three stages, and you get a photo QC report before dispatch.
Who handles customs?
We provide the export paperwork. Import duty and VAT are paid by you in the UK.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or other available international payment methods. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of invoicing.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can sign an NDA on request to protect your designs, product information and other confidential details.
I only have an idea. Can you help?
Yes. Our in-house designer turns it into a tech pack, then we sample and produce it.
Can I visit?
Yes. Visits to our sampling unit in Delhi can be arranged in advance.
